At present, China’s business management has changed from a traditional model to a modern model. It presents a number of new phenomena that are worthy of our understanding and thinking from various perspectives. The first is the “Haier” thermal phenomenon in the overall development model. On March 25th, 1998, Zhang Ruimin, president of Haier Group, used the “Haill Culture’s successful practice of turning a merged company into a profitable company” as the keynote content of the lecture, and went to the Harvard forum in the United States, marking the most competitive home appliance industry in China. It has gradually matured, and outstanding enterprise groups represented by Haier, Changhong, Lenovo and Chunlan are growing up in the land of China. In many aspects such as operations, management, and culture, they demonstrated to the world for the first time the socialist market economy owners with Chinese characteristics in a centralized and integrated manner.
