本文观察了实验性过敏性哮喘豚鼠肺组织中环状核苷酸的含量以及电针刺激对它们的影响。结果表明,哮喘豚鼠组织中cAMp含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),但cGMP含量明显高于对照组(P<0.001),cAMP/cGMP比值较对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。电针刺激可使哮喘豚鼠肺组织中cAMP含量保持在正常水平,但cGMP含量不受电针刺激的影响。电针刺对正常豚鼠肺组织中环状核苷酸的含量未见有影响。
This article observed the content of cyclic nucleotides in the lung tissue of experimental allergic asthma guinea pigs and the effect of electroacupuncture on them. The results showed that the cAMP content in asthma guinea pigs was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01), but the cGMP content was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.001), and the cAMP/cGMP ratio was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Electroacupuncture stimulation can keep the cAMP content of asthmatic guinea pigs at normal levels, but cGMP content is not affected by electroacupuncture stimulation. Electroacupuncture has no effect on the content of cyclic nucleotides in the lung tissue of normal guinea pigs.
