60Si2MnA钢是弹簧钢的代表钢种之一,其强度、塑性要求高,而且内外部性能要求均匀一致。为了提高60Si2MnA钢的芯部力学性能,采用不同连铸工艺生产了具有不同凝固组织的方坯,分析了铸坯碳偏析对力学性能的影响,为改善60Si2MnA钢芯部的力学性能提供了依据。结果表明,提高铸坯等轴晶率和细化凝固组织可降低铸坯芯部的碳偏析程度,从而显著提高钢材内部力学性能的均匀性。
60Si2MnA steel is one of the representative steel spring steel, its high strength, plastic requirements, and internal and external performance requirements are uniform. In order to improve the core mechanical properties of 60Si2MnA steel, billets with different solidification structures were produced by different continuous casting processes. The effects of carbon segregation on mechanical properties were analyzed, which provided the basis for improving the mechanical properties of 60Si2MnA steel. The results show that increasing the equiaxed grain size of the slab and refining the solidified structure can reduce the degree of carbon segregation in the core of the slab, thereby significantly improving the uniformity of the mechanical properties of the slab.
