本文以含内在矿物煤粉为研究对象,在滴管炉上制焦后进行热重试验,用几种常用动力学模型进行数据处理。结果发现,用经典模型处理含内在矿物煤焦的热重数据线性不好,收缩核模型和随机核化模型也不能成立;用随机孔模型处理这些热重数据只在反应初期吻合较好,中后期偏差较大;而不同氧气浓度下所有煤焦的结构因子曲线都吻合得很好,这说明不假定任何模型的结构因子法能较好地反映含内在矿物煤焦燃烧动力学过程。
In this paper, the pulverized coal with internal minerals as the research object, after the coke oven furnace calorific gravity test, using several common dynamic model for data processing. The results showed that the thermogravimetry data of coal with internal mineral char treated by the classical model was not good linearly, and the contracting nuclear model and the randomized nucleation model could not be established. The stochastic model was used to deal with these thermogravimetric data only in the initial reaction, And the later period deviations are larger. However, the structure factor curves of all coal char under different concentrations of oxygen are in good agreement, which shows that it is not assumed that the structural factor method of any model can better reflect the combustion kinetics of coal with internal minerals.
