用载有4-(2-吡啶偶氦)-间苯二酚(PAR)的硅胶可以富集水溶液中ppb级的铜(Ⅱ)和镍(Ⅱ),用分光光度法测量。在分批平衡法中,铜在pH1.5-5.5范围振荡60分钟以上可被 PAR-SG完全吸附,而镍则在pH 5.5—8范围振荡90分钟以上才完全被吸附。由PAR-SG上的PAR引起的对铜(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)的净吸附分别为15μmol/gPAR-SG和8.5μmol/g PAR-SG。用含有0.005mol/l HCl的0.25mol/l硫脲可从PAR-SG柱上完全洗脱铜(Ⅱ),而镍需用0.05mol/l的HCl洗脱,这样铜、镍可从它们的混合溶液中互相分离开来。富集倍数可达200以上,铜、镍的回收率均大于95%。
Concentration ppb grade copper (II) and nickel (II) in aqueous solution can be enriched with silica gel loaded with 4- (2-pyridylazohe) -resorcinol (PAR) and measured spectrophotometrically.
