本文主要研究了可靠性与维修性(R&M)案例方法在英国中型装甲车辆——Scout专用车辆(SV)项目上的实际应用。该车型是英国国防部采办项目,具备侦察功能。对于装甲战车来说,高可用性与可靠性是必不可少的性能要求之一;而对于执行任务时通常没有任何支援保障的Scout有人驾驶车辆而言,可靠性则是关键的系统要求。目前,实现Scout专用车辆的可靠性要求,面临诸多因素的严峻挑战。满足装备的需求功能不仅需要复杂的结构设计,而且需要综合集成在研与现有设备/软件等子系统。Scout专用
This article focuses on the practical application of the reliability and maintainability (R & M) case methodology to the UK medium armored vehicle, the Scout Private Vehicle (SV) project. The model is the British Department of Defense acquisition project, with reconnaissance capabilities. For armored combat vehicles, high availability and reliability are one of the essential performance requirements, and reliability is a critical system requirement for Scout manned vehicles, which typically do not have any support guarantees when performing their mission. At present, to meet the reliability requirements of Scout special purpose vehicles faces many serious challenges. Meeting the needs of equipment requires not only complex structural design, but also the need to integrate with existing equipment / software and other subsystems. Scout only
