目的:探讨小柴胡汤抗衰老的机理。方法:采用小柴胡汤煎剂对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老模型大鼠灌胃,42天后处死取材,电镜观察海马组织病理切片,测量血清与海马组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、丙二醛含量(MDA)及心肌脂褐素(LPF)含量。结果:小柴胡汤能明显提高血清与海马组织中SOD活性(P<0.05)降低MDA和心肌LPF的含量(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤通过抗自由基氧化,减轻自由基损伤,具有一定的抗衰老作用,并为“气机衰老相关性学说”理论提供了实验依据。
Objective: To explore the anti-aging mechanism of Xiaochaihu decoction. METHODS: Rats subacutely induced by D-galactose were decocted with Xiao Chai Hu Tang decoction. The rats were sacrificed 42 days later. The histopathological sections of hippocampus were observed by electron microscope. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum and hippocampus were measured. Malondialdehyde content (MDA) and myocardial lipofuscin (LPF) content. RESULTS: Xiao Chaihu Decoction significantly increased SOD activity in serum and hippocampus (P<0.05) and decreased the content of MDA and LPF (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiaochaihu Decoction can reduce free radical damage through anti-free radical oxidation, and it has certain anti-aging effects. It also provides experimental basis for the theory of “gas engine aging related theory”.
