在分散型聚四氟乙烯树脂(PTFE)中混入含氟表面活性剂(FS),采用双向拉伸工艺制备具有较好拒油性能的多微孔薄膜,对薄膜的拒油性能、耐洗性能、力学性能进行测试,并用表面扫描电镜(SEM)观察薄膜微观结构。结果表明:FS能够掺混在PTFE中,经双向拉伸后PTFE形成了网状微孔结构,采用共混法改性后的聚四氟乙烯薄膜具有良好的拒油性能和耐洗性能。
Fluorosurfactant (FS) was mixed into dispersed polytetrafluoroethylene resin (PTFE), and the microporous film with good oil repellency was prepared by the biaxial stretching process. The properties of the film, such as oil repellency, washing resistance , Mechanical properties were tested, and the surface microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that: FS can be blended in PTFE, and the PTFE microporous structure is formed by the biaxial stretching. The modified PTFE film has good oil repellency and wash fastness.
