一、我国幼儿教师培训有效性的调查研究结论笔者对我国幼儿教师培训现状进行了调查研究。研究样本的选取集中在我国东北部、中部、西部地区,采用访谈、问卷调查、实地考察等方式。通过调查研究的抽样,选取了东北部的五个城市(包括城乡结合部)、中部的三个城市、西部的两个城市(包括城乡结合部)。调查研究发放调查问卷1000份(公立幼儿园500份,民办幼儿园500份)。研究过程中,访谈幼儿园园长10
