本文在理论上和实验上分析研究了支承的静特性方程式与刚度问题,并对螺旋阻尼槽的理论曲线与阿基米德螺旋线进行了比较,给出了参数选择原则。本文还对阻尼槽宽度的加工误差对静态油膜厚度的影响以及支承初始温升问题进行了探讨。
In this paper, the static characteristic equation and stiffness of the bearing are theoretically and experimentally analyzed, and the theoretical curve of the spiral damping groove is compared with the Archimedes spiral. The principle of parameter selection is given. The paper also discusses the influence of processing error of damping groove on the thickness of static oil film and the problem of initial temperature rise of support.
