关于曼氏血吸虫成虫体表具有终宿主抗原的工作已由Smithers(1969)等人广泛地加以论述。根据积累的资料,表明软体动物也能够具备免疫反应。因此,作者推想血吸虫尾蚴正如成虫那样,体表也可能具有宿主抗原,并且应用在体表形成宿主抗原的手段来阻挠中间宿主的防卫。本文报告了应用免疫荧光及尾蚴套膜反应法检出与埃及血吸虫尾蚴有关的螺蛳抗原,并提示这种螺蛳抗原可能致敏终宿主。
Work on the body surface of Schistosoma mansoni with the final host antigen has been extensively discussed by Smithers (1969) et al. Based on the accumulated data, it shows that molluscs can also have an immune response. Therefore, the authors hypothesize that Schistosoma japonicum, just like adult adults, may have host antigens on the body surface and block the defense of the intermediate host using a means of forming host antigens on the body surface. This paper reports the detection of snail antigen associated with cercariae of Schistosoma haematobium by immunofluorescence and cercariae electroporation and suggests that the snail antigen may eventually sensitize the host.
