水库无功弃水,不仅可能造成下游损失,而且浪费了水资源。虽然丰水年多数年调节水库弃水难以避免,但是通过改进水库运用方式,消除工程缺陷,可以减免弃水,达到开源节流的目的。本文对海河流域廿四座大型水库历史弃水情况进行了初步分析,提出了减少弃水,增加可供水量的途径。 Recharged water in reservoirs may not only cause downstream losses, but also waste water resources. Although it is unavoidable to adjust the reservoir abandoned water for most years in the abundant year, it can reduce or eliminate the waste water by improving the operation mode of reservoirs and eliminating the engineering defects so as to achieve the goal of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure. In this paper, the history of 24 large reservoirs in the Haihe River Basin, a preliminary analysis of the history of water, put forward to reduce the amount of abandoned water, increase the available water ways.
