目的:优选丹参多酚酸的纯化工艺条件。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以丹酚酸B的含量为指标,对絮凝剂和大孔吸附树脂纯化条件进行了考察。结果:最佳工艺条件丹参多酚酸提取液按每克药材加入约1%壳聚糖醋酸溶液1 ml,絮凝2h,萃取pH为2~3,采用D_(101)大孔吸附树脂,上样量药材:树脂为0.5g:1g,以5BV 50%乙醇溶液洗脱,丹参酸B含量达85.50%。结论:该工艺可较好的纯化富集丹参多酚酸有效成分。
Objective: To optimize the purification conditions of salvianolic acid. Methods: Purification conditions of flocculants and macroporous adsorption resins were investigated by HPLC with the content of salvianolic acid B as an index. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: 1 ml of 1% chitosan acetic acid solution per gram of medicinal material was added into the polyphenolic acid extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza and flocculated for 2h, the pH value was 2 ~ 3. The macroporous resin D_ (101) Amount of herbs: resin 0.5g: 1g, with 5BV 50% ethanol solution elution, salvianolic acid B content of 85.50%. Conclusion: The process can be better purification of the active ingredients of Salvia polyphenols.
