心肌酶升高是儿童心肌炎诊断的重要依据之一,但并非心肌酶谱中任何一项升高都支持心肌炎诊断。心肌酶谱中最有诊断价值的一项是肌酸激酶同工酶,即CK-MB,因为它主要来自于损伤的心肌细胞,具有心肌特异性。心肌损伤时,同时释放其他多种酶,包括LDH、HBDH、CK,因此,如果只有CK-MB升高而不伴其他酶的升高,不一定有心肌损伤和心肌炎。反之,只有其他酶的升高,而CK-MB正常就更不支持心肌
Increased myocardial enzymes is an important basis for the diagnosis of children with myocarditis, but not in any one of the myocardial enzymes to support the diagnosis of myocarditis.
