为了培养适应现代护理模式需要的实用型人才,促进护理人员理论和实践水平的整体提高,特对护理专业人体解剖学课程教学进行优化改革。选择2011年入学的学生380名,分为实验班190名学生和对照班190名学生。实验班对人体解剖学的考试实施改革,采取平时课堂学习、“以做带学、以赛带练”等措施与对照班学生做比较,结果是实验班学生的基础知识水平与护理技能相关的解剖实践水平均显著提高。人体解剖学的考试改革能满足护理学科发展和培养实用型护理人才的要求。
In order to cultivate practical talents that meet the needs of modern nursing mode and promote the overall improvement of theory and practice of nursing staff, we should optimize and reform the teaching of human anatomy in nursing specialty. 380 students enrolled in 2011 were selected and divided into 190 experimental students and 190 control students.
