目的:分析周围型肺癌的MSCT征象,探讨癌组织内COX-2、MVD表达与MSCT征象的相关性,尝试从CT的角度推测判断周围型肺癌某些恶性生物学行为。材料与方法:对30例经手术和病理证实的周围型肺癌病例的CT征象及癌组织内COX-2及MVD表达进行分析,另取10例距肿瘤组织5cm以上的正常肺组织作为病理对照组。结果:本组30例肺癌组织中COX-2及MVD表达均高于正常肺组织,COX-2的表达在瘤体大小及分叶征、空泡征组间有差异,而与癌组织的病理类型、胸膜凹陷征及淋巴结转移无明显相关。MVD表达仅与胸膜凹陷征相关,而与其他影像特征无明显相关性。结论:COX-2及MVD在肺癌组织中的表达明显高于正常肺组织中,且其表达率与肺癌影像学征象密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the signs of MSCT in peripheral lung cancer and to explore the correlation between the expression of COX-2 and MVD in cancerous tissues and the signs of MSCT. We try to infer some malignant biological behaviors of peripheral lung cancer from the perspective of CT. Materials and Methods: CT findings of 30 cases of peripheral lung cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology and the expression of COX-2 and MVD in cancer tissues were analyzed. Ten normal lung tissues more than 5cm away from tumor tissue were taken as pathological control group . Results: The expressions of COX-2 and MVD in 30 lung cancer tissues were higher than those in normal lung tissue. The expression of COX-2 was different between the tumor size and lobulation sign and vacuolar sign, but not with the pathological changes Type, pleural indentation and lymph node metastasis was not significantly correlated. MVD expression was correlated with pleural indentation only, but not with other imaging features. Conclusion: The expression of COX-2 and MVD in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues, and the expression rate of COX-2 and MVD was closely related to the imaging features of lung cancer.
