【摘要】网络时代背景下,线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式有效地保障了教学方法的多样性。对于基础薄弱的三本院校学生来说,教学模式的多样化和教学内容的个性化不但影响着学生的学习过程和效果,也使三本院校大学英语教师角色变得更加立体。在教师的传统课堂教學角色之外,混合教学模式使得教师角色增添了时代特点。本文描述并分析了三本院校英语教师角色线下课堂、线上学习两个阶段和传统角色延续等方面的角色构成,希冀对网络时代的英语教师角色构成研究提供一定的借鉴。

【Abstract】Under the background of the Internet age, the blended online and offline teaching mode effectively enriches the teaching methods. Since students in the third batch colleges has comparatively weak English competence, the variety of teaching methods and individuality of teaching contents play a significant role not only in the learning process and evaluation of students, but also in the changes of teacher’s role. In addition to the traditional classroom teaching role of teachers, the blended teaching mode makes the role of teachers glow with the characteristics of the times.
