DBC-偶氮胂是光度法测定稀土的显色剂,用该试剂直接光度法测定有色合金中锆也已作了研究,而DBC-偶氮胂与铅的显色反应至今未见文献报道。本文研究了该显色反应,发现DBC-偶氮胂与铅在盐酸(0.1mol·L~(-1))介质中可形成稳定的紫红色络合物,最大吸收峰为618.2nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.0×10~4试剂与络合物稳定,铅在0~15μg/25ml范围内呈线性关系,我们用该试剂直接光度法测定了铅黄铜和粗铜中铅,分析方法简单、快速,应用效果令人满意。试验部分
