通过对加工番茄丸化种子进行培养皿发芽试验和穴盘直播育苗试验,调查发芽和成苗情况,结果表明:种子丸化后辅料的成分比例对丸化后的发芽有一定的影响,丸化组合中3号和4号辅料配比丸化组合对种子的发芽有促进作用,其发芽情况较为理想,可做为以后种子丸化的优选配比;直播成苗实验的结果虽然不太一致,但通过分析,认为可能是因为丸化利于种子的发芽、出苗,在相同的生长管理条件下出苗快也就意味着它比裸种有更多的时间生长,所以株高要高,茎粗要低些,根冠比要高,根的生长要长些,而在壮苗指数基本上差不多的情况下,丸化后的苗子比裸种的苗子表现更有优势。
