利用两种粘合剂研究了AN系推进剂中AN的平均粒度(DAN)对燃速的影响。结果证明,使用HTPB作粘合剂的推进剂燃速不受DAN的影响。使用环氧树脂作粘合剂的推进剂,DAN在220~150μm范围内,DAN越小其燃速越大。DAN在150μm以下,随DAN的减小燃速的增加率变小。该倾向在燃烧压力为7MPa时较3MPa和5MPa时更明显。由粘合剂引起DAN对燃速影响的不同是因为粘合剂的热分解特性不同。
The effects of AN average particle size (DAN) on the combustion rate of AN propellants were studied using two binders. The results demonstrate that the propellant burning rate using HTPB as a binder is unaffected by DAN. Using epoxy resin as a propellant for the binder, DAN is in the range of 220-150 μm and the smaller the DAN, the higher the burning rate. When DAN is 150 μm or less, the rate of increase of the combustion rate with the decrease of DAN becomes smaller. This tendency is more pronounced at 3 MPa and 5 MPa at a combustion pressure of 7 MPa. The difference in the effect of DAN on the combustion rate caused by the binder is due to the different thermal decomposition characteristics of the binder.
