在经济贫困地区实施初级卫生保健(PHC),开发领导层是个关键。由于PHC标准的不断提高,开发领导层的方法也必须有所发展。我们在初期开发领导层的基础上,积极进行开发领导的再探索。通过实践我们体会到,开发领导层必须不断提高认识,不断更新知识,逐步落实责任。我们的主要做法是: 一、多渠道宣传为了使各级领导从理论上系统了解PHC知识,从思想上真正认识实施PHC的重要意义,在工作中切实掌握实施PHC的方法和步骤,我们通过多种渠道进行PHC知识的宣传,方法有三: 1.利用大众传播工具宣传。1986年以来,长治日报、市电台和电视台等宣传机构与卫生部门合作开办了健康教育、计划免疫、食品卫生、妇女儿童保健等十几
Implementing Primary Health Care (PHC) in economically impoverished areas is key to developing leadership. As the PHC standard continues to improve, the methods for developing leadership must also evolve. Based on the initial development of leadership, we actively pursued the exploration and development of the leadership. Through our experience, we have learned that the development leadership must continuously raise awareness, constantly update knowledge, and gradually implement responsibilities. Our main approaches are: First, multi-channel advocacy In order to enable the leaders at all levels to systematically understand the PHC knowledge, we must truly understand the significance of the implementation of the PHC in terms of thinking, and effectively grasp the methods and procedures for implementing the PHC in our work. There are three ways to promote PHC knowledge in these channels: 1. Use mass communication tools to promote. Since 1986, Changzhi Daily, radio and TV stations and other publicity agencies have cooperated with the health authorities to provide more than a dozen health education programs, planned immunizations, food hygiene, and women’s and children’s health care.
