1992年12月12日至13日.湖北省档案学会机械系统分会在湖北拖拉机厂召开了工作会议,出席会议的有各地、市、州机械工业局、厅直单位、部分企业负责档案工作的领导及档案人员、会员近50人。机械系统分会秘书长王治森传达了全国机电工业档案学会会议精神;副秘书长万建国作了工作情况报告;王治森同志最后作了会议总结。 这次会议,传达了机械电子工业部档案学会精神,讨论通过湖北省档案学会机械系统分会章程及组织机构名单;回顾湖北省机械工业档案学会三年多工作时,代表们就当前学习领会党的十四大精神和邓小平同志南巡谈话,在改革开放的新形势下,如何开展档案工作进行了热烈的讨论,会议组织参观了华新水泥厂和湖北拖拉机厂档案室,会期虽然较短,但主题突出,内容丰富,注重实效,与会会员一致反映对拓展档案工作
