中小学课堂中客观存在着学生的从众行为。学生的从众行为具有二重性。当前中小学生课堂从众行为的消极影响主要表现在影响学生主体性的养成、影响校本课程的制定和实施及影响教师的专业成长等方面。教师应通过建立民主平等的师生关系,注重“鼓励性”班风的形成,在教学过程中减少诱导性信息的提供,给学生更多的思考时空,培养学生独立思考能力,同时注意班级群体骨干的培养等方面对学生从众行为进行调控。
Objectively speaking, there are students’ follow-up behaviors in primary and secondary classrooms. Students’ follow-up behavior is dualistic. The current negative impact of current follow-up behavior of primary and secondary school students mainly manifests in the aspects of affecting the formation of students’ subjectivity, affecting the formulation and implementation of school-based curriculum and affecting the professional growth of teachers.
