农产品产地初加工补助项目自2012年实施以来,取得了显著成效,受到了地方政府和广大农民群众的普遍欢迎。为了更好发挥项目中奖补设施的作用,农业部组织专家编制马铃薯、甘薯、苹果、梨等17种农产品贮藏保鲜和红枣、枸杞等6种农产品热风烘干操作规程,方便广大农民、专业合作社的使用操作,从而有效降低农产品产后损失,增加农民收入。
