为研究电离层不规则性对电波穿越电离层传播的影响,本文给出了用干涉仪测量功率谱的理论表达式,并且进行了数值计算,所得结果与实验结果很好吻合,且定出电离层不规则性引起的相位闪烁功率谱指数为P=3.5。
