在调查全国山区综合开发示范镇——浙江省淳安县大市镇山林流转机制的基础上,阐述了各种山林流转机制在大市镇山区综合开发项目上的实施状况、适应性、利弊关系,开展了农户评价;对经营规模、经营期限的合理性,流转形式的抉择及流转后的管理等问题提出了探讨性的建议。
