人力资源管理在现代企业竞争中的作用越来越大、地位越来越高。然而,怎样构建一个既科学又合理的人力资源管理体系,则需要我们进一步的探索和研究。本文就E公司目前人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,结合E公司的发展状况及企业愿景,提出了强化人本管理思想;创建学习型组织;完善人力资源管理体系等方面的优化策略,帮助E公司提升其经济效益和竞争力,也为类似的企业提供一些参考。
