现在的梨、苹果果实的贮藏方法可分为两类:一是影响因素抑制贮藏法;另一是生活条件抑制(或限制)贮藏法。现行的气调贮藏方法可分为二类。一是以CO_2为主要条件的影响因素抑制贮藏法;另一是以低氧为主要条件的生活条件抑制(或限制)贮藏法。在实践上各有所用;在贮藏方法的类别上各有所归。明乎此,可以气调贮藏方法更好地为果蔬贮藏工作服务。
