乳腺癌是女性中最常见的恶性肿瘸，在我国的发病率不断提高，且发病年轻化的趋势明显，青年乳腺癌患者已成为一个不容忽视的患病群体。一般认为青年乳腺癌表现为侵袭性强，预后差，本院近20年共进行青年乳腺癌手术21例，现报告如下。
