口服牛磺酸熊去氧胆酸对中枢神经系统有一定的影响,现报告如下。方法与结果一、对小鼠自主活动的影响小鼠体重18.8±1.2g,雌雄兼用,共80只。随机分为四组。实验于夜间、安静、室温25℃下进行。动物口服灌胃给药40分钟后,分次放入SL-Ⅱ记数器,记录小鼠自主活动。动物进入活动箱后,让其适应5分钟后,记录10分钟内活动数。以药物对动物活动抑制百分率表示。服药后动物活动明显降低,蹲伏不动,呈安静状态。呼吸平稳,对外界刺激如声音,触觉等尚有反应。经t检验,结果牛磺酸熊去氧胆酸的二个剂量组与生理盐水组比较,均显示出非常显著的差别,牛磺酸组与生理盐水组比较也显出非常显著的差别(表Ⅰ),表明牛磺酸熊去氧胆酸熊非常显著的影响小鼠的自主活动。
