尤文氏肉瘤(Ewing’s Sarcoma)为原发于骨的恶性肿瘤,占骨恶性肿瘤的2％～4.84％,多发于四肢长管骨,占52％。原发于肋骨的尤文氏肉瘤较为罕见占2.4％。肋骨巨大尤文氏肉瘤在临床上尤为罕见,临床表现极不典型,诊断、治疗都比较困难,作者诊治了1例肋骨巨大尤文氏肉瘤。本文对肋骨巨大尤文氏肉瘤的诊治体会及诊治要点讨论如下。 病例报告 患者女,17岁,入院前20d自感咳嗽、气短、发热,咳嗽为干咳,无痰。气短以活动后为著。伴发热,体温38℃。县医院拍胸片报告“右 Ewing’s Sarcoma is a malignant tumor of bone originating from 2% to 4.84% of all malignant bone tumors.
