医患关系是近年来我国社会关注的热点话题,具有很强的社会性,受到社会政治、经济、文化等诸多因素的影响。而医院价费管理工作是一项重要而艰巨的工作,其在改善医患关系中的作用必须予以重视。本文首先举例由于价费管理问题导致的医患纠纷,然后分析了价费管理导致医患纠纷的原因,最后提出了通过价费管理降低医患纠纷的具体措施。
The doctor-patient relationship is a hot topic of concern to our society in recent years. It has a strong social character and is influenced by many factors such as social politics, economy and culture. Hospital price management is an important and arduous task, and its role in improving the doctor-patient relationship must be emphasized. This paper firstly gives an example of the dispute between doctors and patients due to the problem of price management, and then analyzes the reason of the dispute between doctors and patients caused by the fee management. Finally, it puts forward the concrete measures to reduce the dispute between doctors and patients through the management of the price.
