迄今在计算气口换气式二冲程内燃机的气口时间截面时,仅按气流速度进行计算,并未计及活塞环在缸内往复运动中对气口边缘的撞击所形成的噪声.在现代高速单排气口二冲程内燃机中,该项噪声有明显的影响.本文从实验分析黄河250摩托车发动机缸内噪声的过程中,推导出活塞环在工作状况下,在缸内气口处最大胀出量的理论计算公式.实验证明,其计算值与实测值基本相符.该公式适用于气口换气式内燃机.
Hitherto, when calculating the gas port cross-section of an air-breathing two-stroke internal combustion engine, the calculation is made only on the basis of the air-flow speed and no consideration is given to the noise generated by the collision of the piston ring against the rim of the air-port in the reciprocating motion of the cylinder.
