目前国内生产的HN-3、HG-1、HG-2、JZ-1A等型号的He-Ne激光电源,其主要工作原理均为:低压直流稳压——振荡升压——倍压整流.这些电源的优点是输出电流较稳定,缺点是工作时有噪声,振荡管易损坏.我们根据研制和生产JD-1型250毫米He-Ne激光器电源的经验,设计了由市电升压、倍压整流,并以磁放大器稳定工作电流的260毫米He-Ne激光器电源,其原理见图1.

The advantages of these power supply is the output current is more stable, the disadvantage is the noise at work, easy to damage the oscillation tube.We based on the development and production of JD-1 250 mm He-Ne laser power supply experience, designed by the mains boost, The principle of rectifying and rectifying a 260-millimeter He-Ne laser with a stable operating current with a magnetic amplifier is shown in Figure 1.
