目的:合理退药干预,构建和谐医患关系。方法:收集某院门诊药房2010年7、8、9月份退药处方记录及干预记录,进行分析总结。结果:合理干预退药,可以在一定程度上减少或避免退药时医患双方矛盾。结论:为了降低退药率,保证患者用药安全有效,药师可以进行合理的退药干预,通过专业的服务,缓解退药时的医患矛盾。但要做好退药服务,除需要建立严格的退药流程和可操作的退药制度外,还需提高自身的专业服务水平。
Objective: To reasonably refrain from intervention to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Methods: The prescription records and intervention records of retreat in July, August and September in 2010 in a hospital outpatient pharmacy were collected and analyzed. Results: Reasonable intervention in withdrawal, to some extent, can reduce or avoid contradictions between doctors and patients when withdrawing drugs. Conclusion: In order to reduce the withdrawal rate and ensure the safe and effective medication for the patients, the pharmacist can make reasonable withdrawal intervention and relieve the contradiction between doctors and patients when withdrawing drugs through professional services. However, in order to do a good job in rehabilitating drugs, in addition to the need to establish a strict drug withdrawal process and an operable withdrawal system, it is also necessary to improve its professional services.
