目的探讨浅Ⅱ°烧伤治疗方便有效的方法。方法对208例患者浅Ⅱ°烧伤创面的水疱皮放出泡液后予以保留适当包扎或其他处理,并与无水疱皮的创面的愈合过程进行对照,仔细观察研究。结果保留水疱皮的创面较未保留水疱皮的创面愈合快,创面光滑,色素沉着轻。结论本方法缩短了创面愈合时间,减轻了病人的痛苦及家庭经济负担,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,本方法操作简单,实用性强,值得在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To explore a convenient and effective method for treatment of superficial Ⅱ ° burns. Methods The vesicular skin of 208 patients with superficial Ⅱ degree burn wound was treated with appropriate dressing or other treatments and compared with the healing process of the blister skin without wounds. The study was carefully observed. Results The skin with blister skin healed faster than the skin without blister skin, the wound was smooth and the pigmentation was light. Conclusion This method can shorten the wound healing time, reduce the patient ’s suffering and family financial burden, and has good economic and social benefits. The method is simple and practical, and is worth popularizing and applying in primary hospitals.
