近几年,部分学生的耐力素质下降,意志力薄弱,就业后对中等体力强度的工种不适应。为此我们不仅要在体育教学中加强对学生耐力的提高,还需要启发学生自我发展耐力素质的能力,最终全面发展学生的身心素质,适应社会发展的需求。耐力素质就是长时间在活动中克服疲劳的能力,它是人体健康和体质强弱的一个重要标志。在实践中又把人体在较长时间内保持快速运动的能力称为速度耐力,把在较长时间能保持高度用力的能力称为力量耐力。
In recent years, some students’ endurance qualities have declined and their willpower has been weak. After employment, they are not comfortable with moderate-intensity work types. For this reason, we not only need to enhance students ’endurance in PE teaching, but also need to inspire students’ self-development ability of endurance. Finally, they will fully develop their physical and mental qualities to meet the needs of social development. Endurance quality is the ability to overcome fatigue over time, which is an important indicator of human health and physical fitness. In practice, the ability of the human body to maintain rapid movement over a longer period of time is called speed endurance, and the ability to maintain a high degree of exertion for an extended period of time is called endurance.
