作者将69例不同人种的乙型肝炎病人分为4组:健康携带者16例,其中8例HBeAg阳性,8例抗-HBe阳性;性传播疾病诊所中的HBsAg阳性病人10例,其中6例HBeAg阳性,4例抗-HBe阳性;慢性携带者25例,其中6例HBeAg阳性,19例抗-HBe阳性;急性肝炎病人18例,血清中仅有HBsAg。多聚酶链反应(PCR)过程在Perkin-Elmer-Cetus热循环系统中进行,从HBV基因组中挑出前核心/核心及多聚酶片段的寡核苷酸序列作为引物——1763、2032R及KL
The authors divided 69 patients with different ethnic groups of hepatitis B patients into four groups: 16 healthy carriers, of which 8 were HBeAg positive, 8 anti-HBe positive; sexually transmitted diseases clinics in HBsAg-positive patients in 10 cases, of which 6 HBeAg positive cases, 4 cases of anti-HBe positive; chronic carriers in 25 cases, of which 6 cases of HBeAg positive, 19 cases of anti-HBe positive; 18 cases of acute hepatitis patients, serum only HBsAg. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) process was performed in a Perkin-Elmer-Cetus thermal cycling system.
