本文分析了N~+离子注入棉花引起其M_2代植株IPO(过氧化物酶同功酶)的变化情况,并探讨了不同剂量与IPO变异的关系。结果表明:IPO变异体频率和酶带变异频率随不同剂量的变化而不同。IPO不同酶带的最有效诱变剂量也不同。4×10~(16)N~+/cm~2剂量M_1代的生理损伤效应不显著,M_2代IPO变异范围较大,为最佳剂量。
In this paper, the changes of IPO (peroxidase isoenzyme) in M_2 generation plants induced by N ~ + ions were analyzed, and the relationship between different doses and IPO variation was discussed. The results showed that the frequency of IPO variants and the variation frequency of enzyme bands varied with different doses. The most effective mutagenic dose for different IPO bands is also different. The physiological damage effect was not obvious in the 4 × 10 ~ (16) N ~ + / cm ~ 2 dose M_1 generation, and the IPO mutation range was larger in M_2 generation, which was the best dose.
