目的了解吉林省孕产妇的行为特征及艾滋病感染危险因素流行情况。方法根据《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册》的要求,在每年4-6月份开展孕产妇监测,对监测对象进行问卷调查,同时采集静脉血5m L作血清学检测。结果 2014和2015年监测的孕产妇艾滋病防治知晓率为93.5%和93.0%,HIV抗体检测结果均为阴性,梅毒检出率两年均为0.6%,HCV检出率分别为0.2%和0.3%。结论吉林省孕产妇人群艾滋病呈低流行状态,但仍存在着艾滋病感染危险因素,今后应加强孕产妇的日常HIV抗体监测工作,及早发现感染者,并采取有效干预措施,减少母婴传播危险性。
Objective To understand the behavioral characteristics of pregnant women and the prevalence of HIV risk factors in Jilin Province. Methods According to the “Operation Manual of National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Implementation Plan”, we carried out maternal monitoring from April to June each year. We conducted a questionnaire survey on the subjects and collected 5 ml of venous blood for serological testing. Results The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment among pregnant women monitored in 2014 and 2015 was 93.5% and 93.0%, respectively. The HIV antibody test results were negative, the detection rate of syphilis was 0.6% and the detection rate of HCV was 0.2% and 0.3% . Conclusions HIV / AIDS among pregnant women in Jilin Province is in a low prevalence status, but there are still some risk factors for HIV infection. In the future, daily HIV antibody surveillance among pregnant women should be strengthened to detect those infected as soon as possible and effective interventions should be taken to reduce the risk of mother-to-infant transmission .
