为了研究14.5mm机枪弹链在装弹和脱弹过程中应力以及弹塑性变形规律,建立了弹链前后抱弹部以及枪弹的非线性有限元模型,弹链应用弹塑性材料模型,枪弹采用刚性材料模型,在二者之间施加面面非线性接触,在LS-DYNA环境下进行了显式有限元仿真并进行了实验验证。仿真结果表明,14.5mm机枪弹链前后开口部单侧产生了0.5~1mm的塑性变形,该结果和模拟实弹射击的实验测量结果0.56mm一致。弹链装弹脱弹过程的研究对弹链的力学性能预测以及弹链使用次数的估计具有重要的作用。
In order to study the stress and elastic-plastic deformation law of 14.5mm machine-gun chain during loading and unloading, a nonlinear finite element model of the elastic part and the bullet before and after the elastic chain was established. The elasto-plastic material model was applied to the elastic chain, Material model, a non-linear surface contact was applied between them, and an explicit FEA simulation was carried out under the LS-DYNA environment. The experimental verification was carried out. The simulation results show that the plastic deformation of 0.5 ~ 1mm occurred on one side of the opening of 14.5mm machine gun chain, which is consistent with the experimental measurement of 0.56mm. Studying on the process of loading and unloading bullets plays an important role in the prediction of the mechanical properties of the bullets and the estimate of the number of bullets used.
