本文总结我院10例及国内文献中的60例具有神经系统损害的白塞氏病。在我国1957～1984年总的850余例白塞氏病中,其发生率约为8.1%。病变呈进行性发展,累及大脑、脑膜、脑干、脊髓、颅神经和脊神经,其中以中枢神经系统为最多,并可几个部位同时发病。临床表现多种多样,缺乏特征性表现。本文对本病的诊断和治疗进行了讨论,认为应在白塞氏病的基础上具有神经系统损害病例才能诊断本病。皮质类固醇激素是治疗本病的主要药物。死亡原因与脑干受累有关。
This article summarizes Behcet’s disease with neurologic impairment in 10 cases in our hospital and in 60 cases in the domestic literature. In our country from 1957 to 1984 a total of more than 850 cases of Behcet’s disease, the incidence was about 8.1%. Lesions progressed progressively, involving the brain, meninges, brainstem, spinal cord, cranial nerves and spinal nerves, of which the central nervous system is the most, and several parts of the same time the disease.
