针对EBH-120掘进机铲板的3种典型工况,以铲板设计参数为依据,采用Cosmos对铲板进行了有限元分析,得出其在不同工况下的应力和变形云图,结果表明,铲板在工作过程中应力分布不均,存在应力集中现象,最大应力集中在与机架、油缸联接的销孔座处,最大变形发生在铲板的前沿处,提出应采取增加销轴及销孔座尺寸、增加过渡圆角等措施,降低销孔座应力集中处的应力值,为该机的改进设计提供了指导,也可为类似设计提供参考。
