Glaucoma is an ocular condition characterized by ocular hypertension combined with dysfunction. Currently in Japan, the incidence of the disease over the age of 40 is about 1.0 to 2.0% (about 100 million people). In all advanced countries, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy are among the top causes of acquired blindness. Glaucoma arises from intraocular pressure. In general, if aqueous humor flows normally, intraocular pressure will remain within the normal range of 15 ± 3 mmHg. It is known that intraocular pressure may fluctuate physiologically within a day, lower in the early morning and somewhat higher in the afternoon. Therefore, many researchers think that a certain part of the body
