对面齿轮磨削齿面粗糙度进行正交实验分析,采用多元非线性回归分析法建立了砂轮转速、进给速度、磨削深度的回归模型,分析了砂轮转速、进给速度、磨削深度等磨削参数对面齿轮磨削齿面粗糙度的影响状况,最后通过数学模型对单因素实验组数据进行实测值与预测值的比较,显示6组数据预测值与实际测量值的最大误差为11.13%。说明相对误差不大,此模型具有一定的精度。
Orthogonal test of gear grinding surface roughness was carried out. The regression model of grinding wheel speed, feed speed and grinding depth was established by multivariate non-linear regression analysis. The effects of grinding wheel speed, feed speed, grinding depth and so on Grinding parameters across the gear grinding tooth surface roughness of the situation, and finally through the mathematical model of the single factor experimental data comparison between the measured and predicted values, the predicted value of the 6 groups of data and the actual measurement of the maximum error of 11.13% . Indicating that the relative error is not large, this model has a certain accuracy.
