目的:建立测定脑宁糖浆中α-蒎烯含量的气相色谱的方法。方法:应用气相色谱法测定脑宁糖浆中α-蒎烯含量。结果:测定的结果具有良好的准确度和精密度,重现性良好。对照品的α-蒎烯在0.315～1.570μg/mL间线性良好。结论:该法简单并且准确,适用于脑宁糖浆中α-蒎烯含量的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of α-pinene content in Naoning syrup by gas chromatography. Methods: The content of α-pinene in Naoning syrup was determined by gas chromatography. Results: The results of the determination have good accuracy and precision, good reproducibility. The reference product of α-pinene 0.315 ~ 1.570μg / mL between the good linear. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and is suitable for the quality control of α-pinene in Naoning Syrup.
