今年以来,国内经济总体运行基本平稳,GDP增速连续2个季度保持7%,与预期目标相符,但国内外经济形势错综复杂,国内经济增长新动力不足与旧动力减弱的结构性矛盾依然突出,经济下行压力较大,财政收支矛盾更加突出。1-8月,全国一般公共预算收入累计103521亿元,比上年同期增长7.4%,同口径增长5.2%,比去年同期回落3.1个百分点,财政收入增长呈中速偏低态势,后几个月财政收入增长压力仍然较大;一般公共预算支出102864亿元,比上年同期增长14.8%,同口径增长13.5%。
Since the beginning of this year, the overall operation of the domestic economy has basically stabilized. The GDP growth rate has remained at 7% for two consecutive quarters, in line with the expected target. However, the economic situation at home and abroad is intricate. The structural contradictions between new domestic economic growth and weakening old motives remain prominent. Economic downward pressure on the larger, more prominent conflicts between revenue and expenditure. From January to August, the national general public budget revenue totaled 10.3521 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.4% over the same period of the previous year, an increase of 5.2% over the same period of last year and a decrease of 3.1 percentage points from the same period of last year. The growth of fiscal revenue showed a modest low-speed trend.
