本文报道了芦笋(AsparagusOficinalisCaulus,FAC)对EAC的抑制作用及机理。FAC使ESC实体瘤荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率达41.4%~64.3%;使EAC腹水瘤小鼠生命延长率达30.2%。投用FAC的ESC实体瘤荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化刺激指数(SI)和NK细胞毒分别为对照鼠的10.6倍及1.4倍;投用FAC的EAC腹水瘤荷瘤小鼠上述两个指标分别为对照鼠的2.7倍及1.3倍。1/10ID50FP-1、FP-3对EAC细胞3H-脯氨酸摄取的抑制率分别为15.3%及5.4%;1/10ID50FP-1、FP-3对EAC细胞3H-TdR摄取的抑制率分别为59.5%及62.0%。
This paper reports the inhibitory effect and mechanism of AsparagusOficinalis Caulus (FAC) on EAC. The tumor inhibition rate of tumor-bearing mice with ESC solid tumors by FAC was 41.4%-64.3%, and the survival rate of EAC ascites tumor mice was 30.2%. The stimulation index (SI) and NK cytotoxicity of spleen lymphocytes in tumor-bearing mice injected with FAC ESC solid tumors were 10.6-fold and 1.4-fold higher than those in control mice, respectively; EAC ascites tumor tumor-bearing mice that were administered with FAC The above two indicators were 2.7 and 1.3 times that of the control mice, respectively. The inhibition rates of 3H-proline uptake of EAC cells by 1/10 ID50FP-1 and FP-3 were 15.3% and 5.4%, respectively; 1/10 ID50FP-1 and FP-3 uptake of 3H-TdR in EAC cells. The inhibition rates were 59.5% and 62.0%, respectively.
