目的分析急性肾衰竭应用血液灌流联合血液透析方案治疗的效果。方法选取2014年1月～2015年12月80例急性肾衰竭患者作为本次研究对象,随机分成第Ⅰ组和第Ⅱ组。第Ⅰ组患者予血液灌流方案,第Ⅱ组患者予血液灌流联合血液透析方案。对比两组患者治疗前后肾功能指标的差异。结果两组患者治疗前肾功能指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后第Ⅱ组肾功能指标Scr和BUN低于第Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论急性肾衰竭应用血液灌流联合血液透析方案治疗的效果确切,有助于改善患者肾功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in patients with acute renal failure. Methods Eighty patients with acute renal failure from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ. Group Ⅰ patients with hemoperfusion regimen, group Ⅱ patients with hemoperfusion combined hemodialysis program. Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment of renal function differences. Results The two groups of patients before treatment no significant difference in renal function (P> 0.05). After treatment, the indexes of Scr and BUN in group Ⅱ were lower than those in group Ⅰ (P <0.05). Conclusion Acute renal failure combined with hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis regimen is effective and can improve renal function.
