日本的防卫费问题一直是极其敏感的世界性政治问题。近些年来日本的防卫费规模、结构发展变化很快,无论其规模水平还是结构质量都进入了世界前列。鉴于日本近现代史上特有的、一连串侵略历史和现有的强大经济实力、科技实力和咄咄逼人的态势,为了促进世界和平和亚洲安全,很有必要深入研究一下日本防卫费的战略选择和特点。本文着重分析了日本防卫费战略选择的依据、防卫费投入规模和投向结构的特点。
The issue of Japan’s defense fees has always been an extremely sensitive global political issue. In recent years Japan’s scale of defense fees, the rapid development of structural changes, both in terms of the scale of its quality and structure have entered the world. In view of the peculiar history of aggression in Japan in recent history and the present powerful economic, scientific and technological strength and an aggressive situation, it is necessary to study in depth the strategic choices and characteristics of Japan’s defense fees in order to promote world peace and security in Asia. This article focuses on the analysis of the basis for the choice of Japan defense fee strategy, the scale of investment in defense fees, and the characteristics of investment structure.
